Hi when I try to create a full backup. it starts the cleaning process and then stops. I also noticed looking at my backups I don't have any from the last month. and when I go to delete a back up I get "Error". Clearly something is wrong with the back up system on my end is there something I can do to resolve this issue?

PS: I noticed the issue because I was going to update to the newest version of woffice

    Hello,

    Could you attach your debug.log

Also what theme version you are using

    Let me know

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

Can you empty your debug.log file and re-try a backup so we only get the errors caused by that action. Because right now there are way too many things inside so it's tough to see where is the actual error.

You can also use another backup solution: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/7-best-wordpress-backup-plugins-compared-pros-and-cons/

And yes, we'd also recommend you to update to Woffice 2.8.6.1smile.png

    Have a nice day

I ended up using updraftPlus to do a backup-

But I ran into major issues trying to do this upgrade... Everything kept failing because it couldn't delete the old version. Do you know what the cause of that might be?

    Hello,

It's likely a server permission issue, you want to make sure the linux user run by the plugin has the rights to delete files on your server, likely it doesn't.

You can check that with your hostsmile.png The theme has 0 impact here.

    Have a nice day.

Thanks I realized the issue. My apache / sql wasn't running as admin. It was indeed a permissions issue. This can be closed
