    Hi,

with Unyson plugin, frontpage addon for LearnPress page never ends loading, with spinning arrows never stopping.

      What is causing the problem?

    Thanks,

    Francesco

Now I see deactivating sidebar module for Unyson solve a conflict but when reactivating woffice theme again, problem is back.

    Hi Francesca,

So it's no caused directly by Woffice but rather the Unyson Sidebar module right? Or I'm missing something.

This extension is no mandatory so would recommend you to go without itsmile.png There are similar plugins available.

You can also report the issue to the extension's developers here: https://github.com/ThemeFuse/Unyson-Sidebars-Extension

    Kind Regards,

    François

    Hi François,

no, Sidebar extension was causing a conflict but once deactivated and then reactivated woffice theme, issue is back.

So this is present even with sidebar extension deactivated.

    Something concerning woffice theme.

    Hi there,

Okay, could you send me some access to your page please? Like admin access so that I can see the conflict  (also if you've some steps to reproduce it) and let you know if we can fix that or not.

    Keep me posted

    Kind Regards,

    François

    Hi there,

That's because both Woffice and your plugin use Vue.js BUT: different versions and extensions. So you can try to replace the woffice/js/woffice.min.js file with the one attached. It does not contain Vue.jssmile.png

Let me know if you need more details.

Also, when you test please make sure to have a clean Browser cache.

    Attached files:  woffice.min.js

    Kind Regards,

    François

    Hi,

it works as for Frontend course creation but it breaks user and side menu handling (they did not open/close).

    Hi Harlock,

Will see that with the dev team, that's not something I can easily fix through the support here. Would need an update, can you also get in touch with their Support to get their point of view and possible fix on this?

    Keep me posted

    Hi there,

Sorry but I prefer to be honest here, it's not something that we can handle within 2 weeks. Our roadmap for the next update is full already. And that's a third-party integration/conflict bug so I cannot guarantee any timeline.

    Kind Regards,

    François

Anyway, is there something your going to fix in the version after next update or by a fix for learnpress and other vue.js users?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I'll create a task on our end, it'll depends on the number of people reporting the issue and how the plugins can be useful for Woffice as we already provide an integration with Learndash. We will definitely have a look though.

But the plugin developers might be use to that conflict and could provide you a solution.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    François

    Hi François,

unfortunately plugin developers are facing this issue for their first time.

In addition Learnpress is a good LMS plugin and free with an excellent course browsing experience, so an integration with Woffice would be great for every Woffice user.

    Please consider fixing this asap.

    Thanks,

    Francesco

    Hi there,

Okay, we'll review it with our project team. But again, I prefer to be honest here, that's not something we can fix urgently. As third-party integrations are not on our "ASAP" list. We do have a lot of theme fixes/improvements which are further up on our list.

We'll try to have it ready for the 2.8.6 update which should be early August.

If you need it urgently, any good PHP developer can dig in for 3-4 hours and get that fixed on your side.

Sorry for the disappointment here, but again, I'd rather be honest with you that lying to you. It's in no one's interest.

    Ok,  thanks for your support.

I tested learndash and I’m considering moving to that plugin, too.

    Bests,

    Okok, no problem.

We'll add support for that plugin at some point. As it's a good alternative.
