As regarding the select options for projects, I really need to take a look in the backend of your website in order to test what's happening since it is not possible to determine what's the issue with the images provided.

Thank you for the details provided. Regarding your questions, here are the answers:
1 - Directory single item 404 error.
After a detailed test I discovered the BuddyPress Docs plugin is conflicting with the url structure of single directory items. You can either keep this plugin disabled or change the directory menu name for test purposes in WordPress Dashboard > Unyson > Woffice Directory note you will need to revert your Unyson plugin version to a previous version 2.6.16 since the most recent version has a bug with the save button. You are able to revert a plugin version using the WP Rollback plugin.
2 - Project creation select field issues.
Since the forms has a fixed height it is causing the select options content to be hidden, I have placed a simple custom css to fix that at: WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Settings > Custom Code > Custom CSS.
Hope it helps. Have a nice day.
Thank you for updating it. Regarding your questions, here are the answers:
"In the directory, we can´t edit a publish item? because i would like to change the text..."
The box where you entered this information is suitable for a simple desc, for a organized description in topics one per line you can use the 'Custom fields' option, this way you are able to include one topic per line with a custom icon. Take a look at the demo directory item for reference: http://www.gbernardeslab.com/intranet/gbitem/guest-ranch/
"In the directory, on the same page above, how can we make the link open outside the website..."
jQuery('.directory .fw-container a').attr('target', '_blank');
"On the admin there´s always showing up 2 notices everytime a new user log´s in..."
The Newsletter alert should be displayed only to users with "manage_options" capability, so basically admins, unless your website have multiple admins it shouldn't be an issue at all, if even so you need to hide it a custom css could do the trick, just right click over the notice you need to hide and place a custom css as below to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Settings > Custom Code > Custom CSS:
"The website is still in the beginning and i already notice that is turning a bit slow..."
As first tip I would say you to use only the plugins you really need. More tips can be found in our article: https://alkaweb.ticksy.com/article/5816/
Glad it works now! Don't hesitate in asking if you need further assistance. Have a nice day.
