    Hi,

    I´am having a problem with the featured images on the pages.

    The image is displayed, always, zoomed and it's never possible to see the entire image. When i resize the window of my browser, in some resolution the image is displayed correctly.

    I already cropped the image in many different sizes and shapes and the problem persists.

    Already read your tutorial about images and used the same ratio proportion , but that didn't help either.

    Can you fix this issue?

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details here. I couldn't identify any issue from my inspection in your website. Maybe you could consider adjusting the images to have a fixed height at WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Settings > Title Box > Height of Featured Images of Elements if it is the issue. Please provide me with further details, if it is possible some screenshots so I can have a better idea of your request. Thank you for your collaboration. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details, got it now. Regarding your question, let me explain: The featured image is set using a background-image css property with a cover size value, this is useful because it makes the image fill the whole area without too much distorcion. It is possible to try different values to suit your needs, for example you can place the css code below with your personal tweaks, at WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Settings > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

    #featuredbox .featured-background {
    background-size: auto;
    background-position: center center!important;
    }

    Take a look at: https://developer.mozilla.org/pt-BR/docs/Web/CSS/background-size to learn more regarding the possible values and implementation of the background-size property. Please let me know if more details are needed. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Marcos

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details. Have you experimented with the background-size CSS property? What does it happen when you set the background-size property to the exact same side of your image? This is the only way you can adjust your image to fit perfectly as the background of your title section. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
