    Hello, How are you?

    I am having two issues in my site

    #1 -  Capture1. PNG  Most Popular Members are not displaying.

    #2 - When new users signing up then they got an activating email with a link to activate their account but since they click to that link theirs account not activating its still on Users>panding

    Please kindly help me to fix this issues.

    1. Could you open your browser console (let us know if you need more details), there is probably an error containing more details in that console, that'd help us to give you the right answer. 

    2. Are you using the Eonet Manual User approval extension?

    Hi there, 

    Still working on my side, not sure why you don't got it on yours. I'll investigate. 

    When this happen, can you open your browser console please. You'll find inside the error behind this issue. That'll give us more details about how to fix this.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks, so it's only when you click the "Next button", otherwise it's working? 

    To make the logo bigger, just copy over this custom CSS in your theme settings: 

    #eo-navigation #eo-main-logo a img{
    max-height: 100%;
    }
    

    That'll do the job

    Hello, 

    According to your screenshot and site's console it's caused by a plugin conflicting with the Theme Settings. 

    Apparently, the Contact form 7 Jetpack module. Do you mind trying to deactivate it and / or the whole jetpack plugin please? So we can make sure it's the culprit here.

    Awesome! Awesome! 

    That dose helped and i did fixed that. 

    Now another two issues.

    1# Profile pictures are blurry.

    2# How to update 

    Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer, They are not updating from the wp back end. 

    Please kindly help me to fix them.

    No prob'

    1. It's a know BuddyPress issue and it'll be patched in the next update. Here is the patch: https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/7578/7578.01.patch

    2. You'd beed a license of those plugins to get auto-update enabled. All the updates are coming with Eonet's updates: http://hub.alka-web.com/eonet/changelog

    Hello buddy,

    I came up with another issue, When someone registration to my site then they get an email with account activation link but if they click on the link its not activating the account and i am not using manual activation system.

    You guys helping alot, Please help me again :)

    Hi, 

    There are many similar issues on BuddyPress' forums. I don't think it's related to the theme it's very likely a BuddyPress issue. The theme doesn't interact with the activation process :/ 

    Do you see any error in your log files? 

    Can you make sure your cache is deactivated when you do these tests.
